⋒We offer combined shipping when purchasing multiple plants.


⋒If there are any issues with your order please contact us with photos within 24 hours of delivery. After that time period, we are not liable for any damages or health issues with the plant. We will not refund or replace plants after this time period.


⋒Heat packs and Express shipping options are available but it is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to consider temperatures when placing your order. If you place an order and choose NOT to purchase a heat pack during cold weather, YOU are accepting full responsibility for any damage your plants may receive during transit.

SHIPPING POLICY:


We work our hardest to get orders out as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped in 2-3 business days, but please allow up to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) for processing time. We reserve the right to hold plants longer than this amount of time due to weather conditions that may damage plants in transit.

Please review your shipping address and let us know IMMEDIATELY if there is an issue. Once an order is shipped we are unable to change the address or cancel the order. We do not accept order cancellations once the order has shipped. Plants that are ordered can be held before shipping for a maximum of 2 weeks if requested. This does not apply to items on sale that cannot be held and will ship as quickly as possible. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of shipping delays with carriers and to order a heat pack. We are not responsible for damages or delays due incurred in shipping. We are not responsible for shipping or replacement costs associated with items that are returned to sender or sent to the incorrect address. Customers are responsible for the costs of the new postage charges and may be liable for a replacement fee of 20% as plants that are returned to us may not be viable and we may need to substitute new ones.

DAMAGE POLICY:


Shipping live plants is risky

—the customer chooses to accept these risks when an order is placed. Please be aware that shipping can stress and damage plants ad oftentimes plants will arrive with some normal transit damage and will need time to recover from shipping.

Please consider temperatures when placing your order. We are NOT responsible for ANY damage that happens during shipment, this includes damage incurred by heat, cold, or being tossed around in shipping, etc. which can stress and kill plants while they are in a box. If a plant is damaged during shipment, it is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to submit a claim for those damages with the shipping carrier.

Heat Packs and Express shipping options are available! Please include Heat Packs when the weather is 32 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. If temperatures are below 32 degrees, your order will NOT be held until warmer weather unless requested. It is the CUSTOMERS responsibility to consider temperatures when placing your order. If you place an order and choose NOT to purchase a heat pack during cold weather, YOU are accepting full responsibility for any damage your plants may receive during transit. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you will not be eligible for a replacement or refund if a heat pack is not purchased at the time of your order and plants show signs of cold damage per our evaluation. We STRONGLY advise keeping an eye on your tracking information and bringing packages inside immediately when delivered. It is not advised to ship live plants when temperatures are below 20 degrees or above 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat packs can only do so much to protect plants during shipping.

Please contact us through our messaging system within 24 hours of receiving your order if there are issues with your order. Customers must be able to provide proof of the issues/damages through photos. Do not in any way alter plants (including repotting or pruning) before contacting us about damages, plants MUST be in their original condition. Failure to contact us within 24 hours to provide proof of damages, or if alterations were made voids any refund or replacement opportunity.

All plants are different, and unless specified in the listing description, you will not receive the exact plant in the photo. We photograph the same crop of all plants but choose not the best, not the worst plants to take photos of. We do not take individual photos of plants, and we will not send individual photos of plants to allow the customer to pick and choose. There is no such thing as a perfect plant, as they are ever-growing and changing. Some plants may have minor cosmetic damages. We encourage customers to research and always ask questions before purchasing from us as we are here to help.


RETURN POLICY:

 

Please be aware that all sales are final once they are shipped. We do NOT offer a live guarantee on plants. Plants are living and must be cared for properly. It is not our responsibility to provide care for plants after the plant is shipped out. We will do our best to provide continued care tips if requested. We do not accept returns or exchanges and we do not offer free return shipping.


ADDITIONAL POLICIES:


Before repotting please allow 7-10 days for plants to acclimate to their new home and recover from shipping.

We do not adjust prices or issue refunds retroactively. This includes adjustments on previous orders where items go on sale or the price drops. Please be aware of sale terms and conditions.

Questions? We will get back to you as quickly as we can, but as we are a small team please allow up to 48 business hours (Monday-Friday) for a response. This does not apply to holidays or weekends. Our email inbox and social media accounts are not regularly monitored, and all order-related communications should be conducted through Etsy's messaging system.
